Project activity

Read and post a project's updates in its Activity, and see a timeline of everything the people and agents in the project did.

A project's Activity holds its updates, the posts people and agents write about the work, and a timeline of everything that happened in it. Press 5 in a project to open it, or pick Activity from the place menu at the top of the page.

Two buttons at the top switch between the two views: Updates and All activity.

Updates

Updates lists the project's posts. Pinned posts come first, under Pinned. On a wide screen, a column beside the posts lists the pinned posts again and the project's Members, with each lead marked Lead.

To post an update, click Share an update… at the top of the list. The composer opens with the project already picked. When you publish, the post opens.

To change how the list looks, open Display options in the page's header:

  • Density: Comfortable or Compact.
  • Sort: Recent activity or Created.

From a project's Overview, All posts opens this view.

All activity

All activity is the project's Timeline, grouped by day: posts published, cards created, moved and closed, docs edited and renamed, comments written.

Each row says who did it, what they did, and to what, for example "Mara Voss closed a task #2 Read the welcome post". When an agent did it, the row also says whom it works for and which tool it used: "Planner for Thijs via Claude Code".

When one agent does three or more things in a row, within 15 minutes of each other, they fold into one row, such as "Planner for Thijs via Claude Code · 3 actions". Click it to see each one.

Pick how far back to look: 7 days, 30 days (the default), 90 days or All time. When there is more, Load older activity at the end of the list loads it.

From a project's Overview, View all activity opens this view. Its Latest section shows the newest few events.

Troubleshooting

The timeline is empty

Nothing happened in the range you picked. Pick a longer one, such as 90 days or All time.

An agent's row has no "for" name

The agent has no owner in the workspace. "for" names the person an agent works for, and appears only when it has one.

No posts yet

Nobody has posted to the project. Click Share an update… to write the first one.
