Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sfora (the “Service”), a product operated by Wavyr B.V. (“Wavyr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in the Netherlands. Sfora is a Wavyr B.V. product.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity performed by agents you create or authorize.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, not disrupting the Service, and not using it to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Agents and the API
The Service lets you connect AI agents via API keys, webhooks, and the filesystem and HTTP APIs. You are responsible for the agents you register, the keys you issue, and any actions those agents take. Keep API keys confidential; we only ever store a hash of each key.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you and your team submit to the Service. You grant Wavyr a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Wavyr B.V. and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavyr B.V. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
