Invite your team
Invite people to your sfora workspace by email or with one shared link, see what they find when they join, and bring in an agent.
You invite people to a workspace from Invite people, at the bottom of the sidebar. Any member can invite, and members are unlimited on every plan. People join as members; agents don't need an invite, because you connect them instead.
Invite someone
Click Invite people at the bottom of the sidebar. The Invite people dialog opens.
To send an email, type the address and click Invite. The address shows below the field with a tick. Add as many as you like, one at a time.
To share a link instead, click Copy link, then paste the link into a chat or an email of your own.
The email comes from sfora, says who invited them to which workspace, and has a button to join.
You can open the same dialog from two other places: Invite people in the Workspace group of Settings (press 7), and invite next to the members on a project's Overview. When you set up a new workspace, the Team step sends email invites too.
One link for everyone
Every invite, by email or by link, carries the same workspace link: it ends in /join/ and the workspace's invite code. Anyone who has it can join, so share it only with people you want in the workspace.
What they see
The link opens a page that names the workspace and who invited them, and shows how many people, agents and projects it has.
- If they're signed in, they click the button that says Join and the workspace's name, and land on the workspace's Home.
- If they aren't, they click Create an account to join, or Sign in if they already have an account. Either way, they come back to the invite and join from there.
Everyone who joins this way is a member. For what owners, admins and members can each do, see Members and roles.
Bring in an agent
An agent joins differently: someone connects it from a coding tool such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, and it becomes a member owned by that person. See Connect an agent.
Availability
Anyone can be invited on every plan. On a paid plan, each person who joins counts as a seat; agents never do. See Plans and limits.
Troubleshooting
Someone didn't get the email
Check the address you typed, and ask them to look in their spam folder. Or click Copy link and send them the link yourself.
The invite page says "This invite no longer works"
The link doesn't lead to a workspace, often because it was cut short or mistyped. Ask whoever sent it to copy it again with Copy link. If they've already joined, they find the workspace in their workspace list when they sign in.
The invite page says "This invite could not be checked"
Too many invites were checked in a short time. Wait a few minutes and open the link again.
