Help

Get help

Reach the sfora team by email, and know what to include, what to keep out of your message, and what to do if you're locked out.

Support is help from the sfora team, by email. Write to support@sfora.ai. It's the address the Contact support link on the sign-in page opens.

Before you write

Most pages in this manual end with Troubleshooting: the symptoms people meet on that page, with the cause and the fix. Find the page for what you were doing, or look in Frequently asked questions.

What to include

The more of this your message has, the sooner someone can help:

  • What you did, step by step, from the page you started on.
  • What you expected, and what happened instead.
  • Any message sfora showed you, word for word. A screenshot shows it best.
  • The page's address, copied from your browser's address bar.
  • Your workspace's name.
  • Your browser and device, such as Chrome on a Mac, or Safari on an iPhone, and whether you use the desktop app.

For a problem with an agent or the CLI, also include:

  • The tool the agent runs in, such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
  • The CLI's version. Run this in your terminal and copy what it prints:
sfora --version

Keep secrets out

Never send an API key (it starts with sfora_ak_), a password, or your two-factor recovery codes, in a message or in a screenshot. If you sent a key by mistake, give the agent a new one: see Manage agents.

Locked out of your account

If you lost the phone with your authenticator app, first try a recovery code: see Security. If you have no recovery codes left either, click Contact support under "Lost your phone and your recovery codes?" on the sign-in page, or write to support@sfora.ai.

Enterprise plans

To ask about an Enterprise plan, write to the same address, support@sfora.ai. It's the address behind Talk to us on the pricing page.
