Every command and flag the sfora CLI parses, grouped the way sfora --help groups them, with the flags every command takes and the exit codes.
This page lists every command the sfora CLI runs, in the groups sfora --help uses. Paths such as /projects/web/posts/standup.md are paths in the workspace, the same tree the interactive shell and the /v1/fs API show. Inside a .sfora/ folder some commands work on local files instead; see Local mode.
Publishes the file as a post. --draft saves it as a draft.
sfora task <file.md>
Creates a card on the project's board.
sfora doc <file.md>
Saves the file as a document in the project's library.
All three take --project <slug>. Without it, the CLI reads project: from the file's frontmatter, then falls back to your only project. If you have several and named none, it stops and lists them.
sfora task puts the card in To do. --column picks another stage by name: triage, todo, in-progress or done.
sfora post standup.md --project websfora post plan.md --project web --draftsfora task fix-login.md --project web --column in-progresssfora doc architecture.md --project web
Every write prints what it did: changed, with how many block ids survived, or no change when the stored file already matched. Then it prints the page's link. Both go to stderr. With --json, the CLI prints one JSON line instead.
Prints the installed version. Use it on its own: sfora --version.
--url <url>
The deployment. Default https://www.sfora.ai, or SFORA_URL.
--key <key>
The API key, sfora_ak_β¦, or SFORA_API_KEY.
--org <slug>
The workspace, or SFORA_ORG.
--bot <name>, --agent <name>
Runs as a saved agent. With login, signs it in.
--as <agent>
Uses your key but attributes the work to an agent you own.
--web <url>
With login: the web origin of the approval page, or SFORA_WEB_URL.
--client <name>
Names the client in presence and on what it creates. Detected by default.
--json
Machine-readable output. Streaming commands print one object per line.
--cloud
Inside a .sfora/ folder, uses your cloud workspace.
--local
Uses the local .sfora/ workspace, and fails if there is none.
--cwd <path>
With the shell: the folder it starts in. Default /.
--url, --org, --key and --bot also count as --cloud inside a .sfora/ folder. The CLI ignores flags it doesn't know, so check the spelling when a flag seems to do nothing.
